Royal Jordanian Airlines’ First flight touches down safely at Benina International Airport

Benina International Airport in Benghazi witnessed a ceremony to welcome the first Royal Jordanian Airlines flight after years of not flying to Benghazi. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Municipal Council of Benghazi Al-Saghir Bujwari, along with officials from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, station managers, and security officials at the airport.
A high-level delegation from the Jordanian side, including the Director General of Royal Jordanian Airlines, Head of Private Hospitals in Jordan, and several Jordanian aviation officials.
In his speech during the ceremony, Bujwari stressed that the resumption of flights between Benghazi and Amman represents an important step in reconnecting the city with the world, which enhances commercial and cultural communication and contributes to revitalizing tourism in the region.
