The Central Bank of Libya (CBL) announced on Monday that it has granted licenses to 64 exchange companies and offices. This decision follows the approval of this list by the Permanent Committee for studying license applications to conduct exchange business.
In a statement released on Facebook, the CBL stated that companies that have received initial approval but have not yet completed the licensing process have until the end of February to finalize their procedures.
The CBL also announced opening the door to receive new applications for new exchange companies and offices, from March 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.
