The national team coach’s assistant technical staff landed in the capital, Tripoli, last Thursday. This coaching group includes the Senegalese Youssef Dabo, the Egyptian Mustafa Mohamed Mounir, and the French of Tunisian origin, Kheireddine Dhiouri.
This staff will commence their official duties by embarking on a direct monitoring process of the Libyan Premier League matches, starting from the second round of the second group. In a related context, the national team’s head coach, Aliou Cissé, is scheduled to join them in the middle of next week to officially reside in Libya. Upon his arrival, he will begin the task of closely following the league competitions and initiating the detailed planning for the preparation of the first team, in addition to structuring and organizing the work of the various youth national teams, while assigning his assistants to directly oversee the selection process of talented players for the remaining age groups.
