As part of the 39th Tunis International Book Fair, globally renowned Libyan writer Ibrahim Al-Koni visited the pavilion of the Ministry of Culture on Friday, April 25th. He was received by the Director of the Media and Communication Office and the Head of the Exhibitions Department at the Book and Publishing Administration.
Al-Koni’s visit coincided with a special visit from Tunisian President Kais Saied, who met with him at the pavilion. President Saied expressed his admiration for Al-Koni’s literary career, affirming his status as a symbol of human thought in the Arab world. This visit was part of a program honoring Al-Koni as the guest of honor for the current edition of the fair, amidst significant acclaim from visitors and media outlets, in recognition of his prominent literary contributions on a global scale.
