The Ministry of Labor and the Libyan Passport, Immigration and Foreigners Affairs Authority, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today at the Libyan-Korean Center in Tripoli. The agreement aims to advance training and institutional capacity-building.
The MoU was signed by Abdelnasser Al-ِAqaili, the Ministry of Labor’s Undersecretary, and Major General Youssef Abdullah Murad, representing the Passports Authority. The ceremony was attended by officials from both sides, as well as the director of the Libyan-Korean Center and the head of the Ministry’s training department.
In his address, Al-Aqaili emphasized the vital security and service roles played by the Passports Authority and its cooperation with other state institutions.
Murad, in turn, praised the Ministry of Labor’s efforts in training, highlighting the Libyan-Korean Center’s capabilities in developing human resources.
Following the signing, the delegation toured the center’s training halls and workshops to observe the programs and technologies used as part of the Ministry’s plan to develop and qualify national cadres for the job market.
