Mohamed Tekala, President of the High Council of State, received Egyptian Ambassador to Libya, Tamer El-Hefny, on Wednesday at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli.
The meeting reviewed the latest political developments in Libya and discussed the UN envoy’s proposed roadmap for resolving the crisis. Bilateral relations and avenues for cooperation across various sectors were also explored, in a manner that serves the interests of both Libya and Egypt.
