Libya’s Ministry of Interior has facilitated the deportation of 156 Chadian nationals via a flight from Mitiga International Airport. The migrants had been identified in the city of Bani Walid and transferred to the airport for repatriation.
The operation was carried out in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), other global agencies, and the relevant diplomatic missions.
The ministry emphasized that these procedures are conducted in full compliance with national legislation and international standards, reaffirming its commitment to lawful migration management in collaboration with international partners.
