, Managing Director of Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, Eng. Belqasim Khalifa Haftar recently inspected Benghazi International Stadium, which is nearing the final stages.
Eng.Belqasim praised the efforts of the team and the contracting companies, congratulating the people of Benghazi on this major achievement, which represents a significant step in supporting the city’s sports infrastructure.
The Fund announced that the new stadium will be officially opened with a big ceremony on February 17th, 2025.
