The Director of Tripoli International Library, Fatima Hageg, undertook an official visit to the headquarters of the Moroccan House of Culture in Casablanca, Morocco.
This visit included a fruitful meeting between Hageg and the Director of the Moroccan House of Culture, Hicham El Kadiri, with the Moroccan writer and novelist, Badia Radi, also in attendance.
During this meeting, a strategic cultural cooperation agreement was signed between the two entities, aimed at facilitating the access of intellectual and literary output from both countries to a wider audience. According to the agreement, Tripoli International library will be the exclusive agent responsible for the distribution of all publications and releases of the Moroccan House of Culture within Libyan territory, Conversely, the Moroccan House of Culture will undertake the task of distributing the publications of Tripoli International library within the Kingdom of Morocco, in addition to participating with them in various cultural events and book fairs.
The Moroccan House of Culture is considered one of the oldest and most prominent publishing houses in Morocco, boasting a long history and a journey rich in valuable cultural contributions. The House has played a pivotal role in developing the Moroccan and Arab intellectual scene, through the publication of works by a selection of leading writers, thinkers, and researchers, and active participation in regional and international cultural.
