The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Mr. Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, today, Monday, in the capital Tripoli, received Mr. Alexander Kinshchak, the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and his accompanying delegation on their official visit.
Mr. Kinshchak conveyed a note verbale from the Russian Command. The message emphasized the strategic value of the bilateral relations between the two countries and stressed the urgent need to strengthen and develop areas of cooperation. The message also included an affirmation of activating the role of the Libyan-Russian High Joint Committee. For his part, Mr. Abdul Hamid Dabaiba expressed his deep appreciation for this message, affirming his government’s commitment to building balanced relations with the Russian Federation.
