A delegation from Libya’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representing the Government of National Unity (GNU) and headed by Al-Taher Al-Baour, arrived this evening in Changsha, People’s Republic of China. This visit underscores the country’s commitment to participating in the Africa-China Coordination Meeting at the level of foreign ministers.
The Libyan contingent includes the Director of the Asia and Australia Department, alongside representatives from the African Department and the Minister’s Office, as well as Libya’s Chargé d’Affaires in China.
The three-day meeting is set to commence tomorrow. Participants will explore avenues for political, economic, and developmental collaboration between China and African nations. Furthermore, the agenda includes an exchange of perspectives on issues of mutual concern at both the regional and the international levels.
