Hannibal Gaddafi has been transferred to a Lebanese hospital due to a deteriorating health condition, a result of a hunger strike he initiated to protest his detention conditions.
According to the Saudi channel Al Arabiya, Hannibal began an open-ended hunger strike, which his family described as a rejection of the continuous neglect and illegal detention he has faced for years.
His family highlighted the rapid decline in Hannibal’s health, holding Lebanese authorities responsible for ignoring all initiatives and cooperation offers extended by the Libyan government to resolve the issue.
