Lieutenant General Khairi Al-Tamimi, Secretary-General of the General Command of the Armed Forces, has formally opened the joint Libyan-Jordanian Military Cooperation Committee office in Amman, the capital of Jordan. The inauguration took place during a supervisory visit to the Libyan Military Attaché, a move aimed at enhancing bilateral military training and development programs.
The high-level Libyan delegation was received by the Inspector General of the Jordanian Arab Army, the Commander of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, several senior military officials and commanders, and the Libyan Military Attaché in Jordan.
The visiting delegation from the General Command included:
* Lieutenant General Atiyah Al-Sharif, Director of the Military Accounts Department
* Major General Saad Bouhaitah, Director of the Medical Services Department
* Major General Fawzi Al-Mansouri, Director of the Military Intelligence Department
* Major General Jamal Farhat, Director of the Training Department
This visit highlights ongoing joint efforts to strengthen military cooperation and facilitate the exchange of technical and logistical expertise between Libya and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
