Libya’s under-19 national table tennis team has advanced to the quarter-finals of the African Youth Championship, currently underway in Nigeria from July 27 to August 5, 2025.
The team secured its spot with a well-earned 3–1 victory over Namibia, bouncing back after an opening defeat to Algeria in straight sets.
Libya is competing in the tournament alongside the African Table Tennis Cup and hopes to continue its campaign with strong performances in the knockout rounds.
