Tunisian football club Etoile du Sahel has officially signed Libyan midfielder Nour Eddine Al-Ghleib, formerly of Al-Ahly Tripoli, in a move aimed at bolstering the squad ahead of the 2025–26 season.
Club president Zoubir Baya announced the transfer during a ceremony unveiling the team’s new signings, praising Al-Ghleib’s experience and leadership. The 26-year-old midfielder played three seasons with Al-Ahly Tripoli, winning both the Libyan Premier League and domestic cup, and earning caps with the national team in several international fixtures.
The signing reflects the club’s ambition to strengthen its roster for upcoming domestic and continental competitions, with Baya describing Al-Ghleib as “a key addition who brings both talent and maturity to the midfield.”
