Lieutenant General Khalid Haftar, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, has honoured members of the complaints office. This move comes in recognition of their efforts in recovering citizens’ property. The tribute highlighted the office’s pivotal role, as its efforts led to the recovery of 728 properties for their rightful owners.
This commendation follows a decision by the chief of the general staff to transfer the office’s affiliation to the Ministry of Interior, as part of a comprehensive plan to restructure the armed forces. The plan aims to reorganise the forces’ tasks to enhance institutional performance and provide better service to citizens.
