Based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, the Head of the Border Guard Department’s Organising Committee has conducted a field visit to the 177th Border Guard Battalion to oversee its readiness.
During the visit, the official assessed the readiness level of the personnel, weapons, and military vehicles, stressing the need to adhere to the approved structure and distribute military capabilities to the designated posts. This is to ensure the efficient execution of military tasks.
The tour also included inspecting the unit’s sites to ascertain its level of discipline and preparedness.
