The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Haftar, has arrived in the Russian Federation for a visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
He was received in Moscow by Russian Deputy Defence Minister Lieutenant General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov in an official reception ceremony. The visit aims to explore prospects for joint coordination in the areas of training, expertise exchange, and defense capability development.
