The Electricity Crisis Committee, led by Engineer Belqasim Haftar, Director-General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, has started distributing electrical equipment and materials to branches in various regions. This comes after inspecting warehouses and overseeing preparations.
Haftar confirmed that priority will be given to areas with urgent outages. The first shipments of materials have already been sent to Benghazi, Tobruk, Bayda, and cities in the south. This initiative is part of a plan to gradually resolve the power cuts and ensure a continuous power supply for citizens.
