Libyan Chief of General Staff, Colonel General Khalid Haftar, held official talks in Moscow with Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, as part of an official visit to the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest regional and international developments and explored prospects for military cooperation between Libya and Russia, with a particular focus on training, qualification programs, and enhancing the operational capabilities of the Libyan Armed Forces.
