Stephanie Khoury, Deputy UN Envoy for Political Affairs in Libya, met last Thursday with Qatar’s Ambassador to Libya, Dr. Khalid Al-Dosari, to review the latest political and security developments.
The meeting emphasized the urgent need for an agreement between the Government of National Unity and the Deterrence Apparatus for Combating Organized Crime and Terrorism, in line with the political roadmap presented by Special Representative Hanna Tetteh to the UN Security Council on August 21.
