Staff accuse the board of attempting to extend its tenure through questionable means despite repeated failures in financial and operational management.

Severe Operational Breakdown
Employees revealed that the airline is currently operating with just one aircraft, serving limited routes between Tripoli, Benghazi, Sabha, and Misrata. The rest of the fleet has been grounded due to mounting debts and the board’s inability to meet insurance and maintenance obligations. This collapse has resulted in the loss of key destinations and a significant decline in revenue, severely damaging the company’s reputation and regional standing.
Concerns Over Asset Liquidation
Staff expressed alarm over signs of potential asset liquidation, including the sale of aircraft and company-owned buildings, all taking place in an environment lacking transparency and accountability.
