Belkacem Haftar, Director General of the Libyan Reconstruction and Development Fund, led a field inspection today of several high-impact development projects in Benghazi, underscoring the government’s commitment to strategic urban renewal and public service expansion.
Joined by Project Management Director Hatem Al‑Areibi and a team of engineers, Haftar received detailed updates on execution rates and technical benchmarks. Transport and Healthcare Projects Underway
The inspection covered major infrastructure works, including the expansion of Hawari Road and the construction of the Hawari Bridge—both designed to improve traffic flow and regional connectivity.
